Every retainer is tailored. We agree the support needed, and the price follows. The regions below are a guide, but the service can be flexible to your budget.
Not ready to commit to a month? Take any retainer a week at a time instead, at the same rate.

Someone handling the basics, so they stop piling up.
The steady background work, off your hands. The recurring jobs that keep the business ticking over get done properly and on time, and you have someone to go to when something needs sorting.
Best if: it is a small team or just you. You just need some extra support to keep things running smoothly. Enough to keep everything moving without being a commitment.
Managed RECOMMENDED
Part of the week, every week.
We agree the areas that you want fully managed or the recurring responsibilities, and I stay on top of them without being asked. Alongside that we have a proper rhythm: a set point each week to hand work over and agree what needs to be done by when, and anything that comes up in between just gets sent my way.
That combination is why most people sit here. The areas I own get steadily better rather than just maintained, and there is still room for the work nobody saw coming, so nothing waits a month for attention.
Best if: you want consistent support across the business without needing to hire. Around half the cost of a hire, with the ability to hand off areas of work and forget about them, while also offloading any new tasks that pop up each week.
Embedded
A full operations function, across everything.
No set list of areas. Whatever operations needs, I manage, and the scope moves as the business does. We speak often enough that I am in the room for the thinking, not just picking work up after it has been decided.
Everything I do is available here, at whatever depth it needs. Nothing gets quoted separately, it just gets built. And I am looking ahead rather than waiting to be asked: where things are slow, where money is leaking, where something is about to break.
Best if: you are replacing an operations hire, or nobody owns the systems side of the business and it is starting to cost you.
The price is agreed in writing before anything starts and stays fixed unless you want to adjust the level of support. All retainers are month to month with no notice period required, so you can cancel anytime. Weekly is the monthly rate split across four weeks, billed a week at a time. Large one-off projects are quoted separately.
